changing ps3 hard drive ?

i'm about to buy a 80gb ps3 and then will change the hard drive for a 400gb one after i've bought it. i know it needs to be a sata 2.5" 5400rpm drive , i've found 2 drives , 1 is listed as having a sata connector and the other has a sata connector also but it also says it has a sataII interface , can anyone tell what the sataII interface means ? will it still be compatible ?
