uk ip in spain

Going for a short break in Spain the canaries soon.
My problem is we wont have a tv in the apartment but if I take my laptop to keep up with british tv via itv catchup and bbc iplayer I am told neither will work with a foriegn ip address.
So are their programs out there to get around this i.e make the site think its being accessed from a british ip.
Anybody got any idea.

use a uk proxy server to route thru.

can be a bit hit and miss but if you want your corrie fix then its the best way. :ok

just put uk proxy servers into google and take it from there
