Ok rushed to the flicks to watch this movie this afternoon
Tropic Thunder starring amongst many
Jack Black, Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jnr, Tom Cruise, Steve Coogan, Nick Nolte
This movie is a funny movie in many ways its good how it starts before the actual movie there is a few trailers for spoofs this is part of the movie, basically the stars are at the edge of a jungle in Vietnam making a movie about a war that happened however to sum it up it Coogan is doing bad job directing it and the guy who holds the purse strings Cruise demands the movie to be made better, so Coogans character decides rig up secret cameras in the jungle and to scare them , so uin the copter they go and off they go into the deep jungle, Coogan tells them its the best movie theyre ever going to make, takes one step back and blows himself up on a landmine, they think this is special effects, and start going through the routines of the lines in the movie...
Some scenes in this movie were real tear jerkers , DO NOT GO AND WATCH THIS MOVIE IF YOU ARE OFFENDED BY swearing, a white guy blacking up, taking the mick of of disabled people, this film is dum in much the same humour as Monty Python..
It is very funny and i laughed out loud many times, it as a good story but some how i felt let down....so 4 out of 5 but best comedy ive seen in ages,
