Dreambox problems

Can someone from the centre call me as ,my dream box has been off for nearly two weeks ,all othersystems are fine Router ,i have done all the troubleshooting and they are fine .On the Inadyn box the Status;running is not showing my username & ip i keep pressing restart but nothing .
