Know of any 360 RROD repairers in Merseyside?

Got a duffer 360 that i want fixing, already tried myself, am looking for someone I can just pay to fix.

if you want me to have a go then i'll charge you the price for the equipment which i thinks comes to less than a fiver only prob is the actual getting the box if want to drop it off to me then will need to arrange something or post

and depending on what drive it is i should be able to upgrade the firmware to play those back up games

Do a youtube search there are plenty of videos on their, i fixed mine twice in the end i got fed up of 6weeks of playing then 3 red lights so i just play on the ps3...mostly warhawk.

I thought pretty much all consoles had the warranty extended to 3 years by M$ for RROD.. I have sent one back dated Jan 06 and had it repaired (they just shove a new mainboard in with a HUGE heatsink).

Thanks for all the offers to repair and flash it. It's already flashed and banned so that might be a problem when I ask microsoft to repair it for me :biggrin

To fix, I tried adding an input fan on the top panel just in front of the heatsink. This fixed it for a couple of weeks then it went again. So then I tried the heat gun with the mobo out of the case and silver foil on the caps - no dice. Hence the reason for wanting someone else to look at it. Anyone still want to have a go? :biggrin
