epson r300 printer

hi all haveing problems with my printer it wont print black. so i changed the cartrige and it was still the same so i started cleaning the print heads no joy on that. can someone tell me whats the best thing for cleaning the printheads on the printer and were to buy it tx

Hope this might help in liverpool there is a computer shop which are epson service centre they very helpful also have you tried a reset disk if your printer came up with parts are worn out this disc reset the printer (available from computer fairs) the shop in liverpool phone number i will pm you

take out the colour ink set printer to its highest res and start printing
and the cleaning heads just keep doing it it may start to clear :ok

hi guys just a update took my printer to a epson service center and the printer is knackerd. its not the heads but a little pipe has snapped of from the prinhead chamber so its not sucking the ink through. so had to buy a new printer tx for all the help

hi imcal i got the epson 340 which is the latest one so they told me tx m8
