You can get the TomTom Ones for a little over £100 now mate. Halfords are doing the new 500 with handsfree and MP3 player built in for £200 !

tomtom are the best supported ones, and you should not have any probs getting the latest updates, ie maps, speed cams, poi's, voices etc! for free if you look around.

Aldi have got a Tevion on offer this week for £150. Can't remember the spec but it looked OK.

As far as I know Dave, TomTom is simply the name of the software and 'go' is just a model number, could be wrong though, not my area !

have you considdered having it on your mobile? i bought myself a used n70 recently with all the sat nav stuff which i no longer use but did experiment when first got it and its quite good stuff

Maplins have been flogging the NDrive for £99.99 it has bluetooth, FM transmitter. 8gig mem stick. And photo real pics of your route. (like google earth, were u can see a real piccy) its chargable by mini usb, as all electronic gadjets should be these days. Gone should be the days when you have different connections for your camera, mp3. Phone, sat-nav. Insist on usb charging for your products. Btw. Only major cities are in photo real pix. It reverts 2 normal sat when in an uncoverd area. Sorry bout my USB rant. Lol.
