The Scots already get free eye care and dental check-ups, free access to cancer drugs and free care homes for the elderly , the oaps can have access to free double glazed windows and doors etc, gas and electric went up at a lower rate in Scotland during the recent increases compared to the rest of the uk.
And now council tax in the Uk will be going up by a average of 4% whilst it has been frozen in Scotland for at least 3 years after recieving £85.1billion settlement from Chancellor Alistair Darling.
The Scots can vote on English only policy but not the other way around.
I have Scottish blood in me, however i do feel that the rest of the uk are now getting fleeced by the Scots and the rest of us are getting a bad deal, So is it time we have a English only parliament and allow Wales to rule themselves?
