Why? St George isnt even English...he was born near Turkey...

Why not just have a national day instead of a monday make it a friday that way then it doesnt mess with your brain...hmm what day is it etc...


Lets come up with some ideas folks for national holidays...


National Lego day every body as to stay at home and make lego stuff...sounds good to me..

Watch movies day everyone gets a free cinema ticket to go and watch a movie etc.

St Patrick wasnt Irish but that has never stopped the Irish from celebrating St Patricks day.

However if its anything to with satellite TV its got to be St Clare's day
