we are working on our web site all the time . please check out the latest update .

new to our site is the slide show intro :ok

Very professional looking site, the slide show is a great idea shows all aspects of your work, and I hope that you do well from it.

The down fall for me is an online enquirey form.

I would add a telephone number aswell, online enquirey forms put a lot of people off, i personally hate them.

Just my thoughts mate.

that has helped already i hadn`t even noticed we had not put our phone # on. :ok .

we still have a little to do to the site yet , but i think it is almost as we want it .
then hopefully get some more work . the main thing is knowing what to charge . it was strange getting paid for the last wedding . next year we will need to start to charge the going rate what ever that may be .

thats another thing i was going to mention last night, remove the price list and with your telephone number added, if people want to use your service they have to phone someone for a price guide etc, if you see a price guide online how many times have you shopped around to find a cheaper one, and once you have them on the phone your next step should be to get them either to come around or you go to them with the port folios for them to see for themselves.

i am sure that your phone wont stop ringing.

Agreed. what about a enquiries@3rdeyedigitalphotography.co.uk (http://www.uksatcentre.com/forums/enquiries@3rdeyedigitalphotography.co.uk) tag so that people can email you directly from their own email client without using the form.

i would take out the wildlife pics rog from the slideshow and one , maybe two of the wedding pics ....i know what youre saying with the wildlife pics but would guess most prospective customers would be for weddings???

if you really fancy the the wildlife/other photography side , why not have a separate slide show for it ?

i know its prob's my own personal taste but the pic of the rosebowl with the out of focus people in the background is a bit s**t:eek

not sure myself about the wildlife ones yet . we have loads more wedding one`s we can use + portrait shots,.

the rosebowl some love it some hate is , so i don`t mind anyone giving an opion . we can`t all like the same things . :ok

I actually like the wildlife however - i do think maybe they shouldnt be in the slideshow, some people may feel as though photo weddings and wildlife although often related(mother in law) arent or shouldnt be together, i like the look of the site, simple effective, easy to navigate and to get where you need to be.

no problem m8 , i`ll book you in for your portrait .:biggrin and i think you are right with the wildlife photo`s .

feedback really does help alot . this is our first website so we will make mistakes . people really do put a lot of trust in you . so if the site can show them what you can do the work should come .

we are getting some photo story books made up for part of the portfolio . i have business cards headed paper etc .

so fingers crossed :ok
