Laughed this morning when i heard this story..
A guy in London came out of a shop and noticed that he had been given a £65 parking fine, he had been in 2-3 minutes, he ripped the fine off the windscreen screwed it up and threw it on the floor, only to be spotted he was then issued a on the spot £80 litter fee, disgusted with the 2 fines he dropped his trousers and mooned at the 2nd fine issuer, who just turned around at the right moment spotted this and issued him a £80 fee for exposure.
I laughed at first then thought what have we come to....who hasnt mooned at someone?
