Following on from the Huge Bruce Almighty comes Evan Almighty
WARNING HUGE SPOILERS BELOW.
Evan Baxter played by Steve Carell (The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Bruce Almighty)
Evan Baxter is a newsreader who runs for office, gets elected as congressman in Washington D.C. he is married and has 3 boys.
All is well he is about to go along with a bill that is being introduced by Congressman Long played by John Goodman , When he is approached by God played by Morgan Freeman, he must build a ARK ready for the flood, yeah right
Next Morning his alarm clock goes off early and it`s 6:14 he goes out and there is a pile of wood...he ignore it and heads of to work, this is where is problems start
animals, birds etc 2 of each start to follow him, he suddenly has a beard and he now looks like Noah!
He shaves his beard but within seconds it`s back again...
So he starts to build his ARK it is huge ready for the floods, baring in mind its the hottest summer on record etc...everyone thinks he is losing it including his wife, who takes the kids away for their safety...
The animals start to help him and all is going well...
This film is a great family film, no bad language except the use of the word "penis"
by the youngest son, some great effects the story is a little weak, but it is funny in some parts not as good as the first Bruce Almighty but quiet good.
