hi wonder if someone can help with this. my wife recorded her sisters wedding but when we had chance to put it on to dvd the picture was on its side. dont ask me how she done it. so i need a program that will allow me to turn it round then i can record it back to a dvd. lets see how good you people are with this one. thanks guys :biggrin

Vitualdub (freeware) will allow you to rotate the video and brighten things up etc

try with a small clip first as doing it with a long clip may be a lengthy process.

just a update imcal that prog wouldnt open the files dont know y they play in winamp and real player ok. any more programs m8 tx

Anyway there are a few others that i know that rotate the video


Im sure windows movie maker used to /may be still does if you have it installed import the video and if my memory serves me correct - yep just done a search and _http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/knowledgecenter/mediaadvice/0075.mspx#EPD

premiere also does this at a cost , but remember the video may be of a poor quality because of the pixel aspect ratio of recording etc..
