how can i boot from a cd?

running xp (not original-lol) havent got original cd. no floppy drive or cd burner on this lapptop. anyone post a file that i can burn to cd on another pc and use that to boot from?

I've tried ultimate boot cd and managed to boot from there. hopefully have repaired the cmos/ bios now
This disc must be recommended. Well worth having a copy if things go tits up. esp if you 'lost' your original xp cd
