This is bordering on parody. Typical Red quote "Overtook me at speed whilst I was doing nsl (near speed limit). Didn't make any progress though as very soon came up to a queue of slow moving traffic behind a tractor!"
And there's a Green report when someone does something nice "Driver overtook with plenty of room. Positioned himself well at the next traffic lights. Driver exhibited very good road sense and awareness of other users. "
What's the point? Do these people have video cameras on their vehicles to record the registrations? I wonder how many reports involve bad driving by grumpy OAPs scribbling registration numbers down on a pice of paper.
