home and bargin had something similar t'other week, gel ice cube packs (20 in a pack £1:09 i think). used so your drink doesn't end up watered down.

4 of them and a bit of gaffa tape and your sorted :ok

I get some from poundland 4 for a quid they are the migraine one`s, but work just as well because they cool the forehead and head down helps with my summer sinuses, they also sell one for your feet or a gel etc, also netto have had the instant cool spray for £1-2ish on one of the weekly offers.
