File sharing software

Can anyone recommend a file sharing software? I am running Win XP and would really like to run parts of my home computer as a kind of server.

A few of us on here run filesharepro mate (http://www.wfshome.com/), its easy to set up and is http based so no need to set FTP services up, but there are many others out there ...........

If you really wanted to get into it, I used to use Bullet FTP which was quite powerful, or you could set up a proper home server using IIS or ApacheTriad.
