right i bought somethink on ebay on the 04/3/06 and it says Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded 1 to 2 working days i am still waiting how long shall i give it .she says it got posted on tue 07/03 and i have to wait 2 weeks b4 i report it to ebay is that right thanks:ok

just get back to the seller as there may be a problem, i got a dvd and he had not sent it and fed me a load of bull but then it came ,

then if uou have no look get in touch with e bay, paypay should re inburse any moneys for you

dont be afraid of recieving negative feedback from sellers m8...its best all round if their bad practices are shown for other buyers to be aware of....that being said however, i would give it a couple of days more, if it still dos'nt come,just make sure u follow the procedures to the letter of the law...u will have 2 options of compensation, whatever you do, make sure you opt for the paypal option for your compensation...it does work:ok

hi m8 am the same i was biddin on a dongle from hong kong and i won the bid and then payed for it but then got an e.mail and says ebay ended the listing due to ebay polices etc and all the bull that goes with it and i contacted seller and said the item will leave in a few days and i will get the dongle ??? [still waitin m8 contacted every t*w*t ebay/paypall and seller this has happend to me b4 and was all sorted and got a refund and the next day the item came in the post [i was buzzin with a free cd

He said the people at the post office said it had to be posted standard parcel as they were out of recorded delivery labels (Sorry I dont even know what one of these is he does all my posting). SO there is no tracking number and he said it could take 5-7 days using that service.

Hi m8 after a recent bad expierience myself on e-bay reading your thread makes me more determined to give e-bay a VERY WIDE BERTH asked around in work & almost everyone had a horror story to tell about being ripped off on there.

No m8.....get your money back thru paypal first then feedback......what is her feedback score...usually traders with massive feedbacks like u to be afraid of leaving them negatives as it dos'nt affect their overall score so much as it will yours....but u have to tell youself & others wil know that it is her who was at fault & not yourself....the only time i ever really got ripped off, the guy was suspended & then i think twice more after me...(anyone who bought from him had to be crazy) i think he's been totally banned now:ok

Reply by me: paid u 1st Class Recorded after 4 emails for tracker no.now says it gone 2nd class

they have a set of procedures which they prefer you to follow..........but

no worries m8 paypal still have to pay u out .......u will have 2 options ie paypal or ebay...make sure u stick with paypal:ok


they actually have a helpdesk number if u dig around in the miles of smallprint:ok

registered delivery is guarenteed next working day..
recorded 1st class could take a couple of days..
recorded 2nd class could take upto 5 working days..

she says in an email she it got posted 0n 07/03 she lie when i looked at stamps on it it was payed for on the 10/3 last fri not tue thats y i have been waiting so long 4 it but its here now and she has bad feedback lol:dance :dance she mite post a bit quicker next time :biggrin :biggrin
