Word or Publisher will enable you to build a pretty good looking website with the minimum of fuss mate. Most of the dedicated packages such as Dreamweaver have quite a steep learning curve and require you to get your hands dirty with code .........

I could maybe help you out a little but I really just dont have the time at the moment ............

you could try freewebs just for practice.

Some of the web site 'maker' software run by many hosts is ok mate, especially if you only require a 'business card' type site (who you are, where you are and what you do, etc) .............
