Has anyone got a 15V AC 1 amp adapter lying around.
Its for a Netgear DG834G wireless router (the old shape grey big one).
I bought it from eBay knowing the adapter was missing, but didn't realise it required such an exotic one.
I'm currently using a 12V 500mA AC adapter which seems to work fine but not sure how suitable this one really is.
Thanks .....

It'll just get a bit warm!!
a 15v 1amp is less than a tenner to buy.

Cheers ALG - you seem to be helping me quite a bit today.
I would hapily buy one, but can't find a AC adapter that fits the bill.
I've done a general gogle search and also tried Maplins.
Any ideas...

You can buy adaptors m8 from decent electronic shops (not maplins) i had to buy one earlier this year for my handheld media player which took a unsual power supply it cost me 19quid from a local shop here in north staffordshire(worthingtons) but it can do all different voltages etc by a switch 1-24v
