Pre Modified Xbox 360 PREMIUM System

Am looking in to getting a 360 in a few weeks but i dont fancy doing the firmware mod my self to scared incase i brick it.I have seen this Pre Modified Xbox 360 for £320 and was thinking of my be getting this instead.
