Signature, Avatar, & Smiley Options Selection

To use avatars and smileys in your posts.

Open User CP (on the top tool bar)
Click on Edit Options.

Scroll down to Thread Display Options,
and tick, show Signatures, Avatars and Images

Then scroll down to Miscellaneous Options
and instead of Basic editor select Advanced or Enhanced

Then save changes.

In User CP you can now edit your Avatar and Signature, and when posting the smiley selections will be available:lol :dance :beer: :pound

posting this to see if my new avi works cos when I selected it from my pc I got a message saying avatar failed to load but my new avatar was on screen in my custom avi settings

just found this site for some brill avatars try it out I love the one with the penguins http://www.rotteneggs.com/r3/show/se/45957.html but forgotten how to upload moving avatars to our board so I can use it.
