MP3 & WMA conversion

Hi guys,

At the mo, I have a music collection consisting of both MP3 and WMA tracks. I need to convert all of them to mp3 for my new audio system in my new motor.
I seem to recall on the old forum reading about a programme that did this and also rectified sound levels as well so all the tracks had the same volume.

Was I dreaming or can someone point me in the right direction please.
