try this site jake m8.
ttp://www.flowers.org.uk/flowers/facts/k-r/peony.htm (http://www.flowers.org.uk/flowers/facts/k-r/peony.htm)
Photos 1, 2, 5: Yellow= Poppy (probably "Shirley" variety), it's almost a weed in part of our garden! Scarlet= Paeony.
3: White flowers = Winter Jasmine I think. White/Green leaves = Euonymus (probably "Silver" variety).
I'm not much of a gardener but like to see nature in all its forms (including female of course!)

but this is the one that has really got my curiosity going..& and like the wally i am , i forgot to put it in the first zip file...and for anyone that recognises it,it should be easy from this pic....our border area is full to bursting with them, they are bulb flowers,i know this cos ive allready dug a load up but could'nt finish the job as i like the look of them too much
Had a look in my Boys' Own Book of Flowers...... it's the Summer Snowflake (Leucojum aestivum; a member of the Amaryllis family) flowering from April to May

I know the photo 501 as Japanese rose (Orange flower). I had one in my last garden that grew to about 6ft tall by 6ft wide. Flowers twice a year (spring and late on). Dead easy to spread elsewhere.
