What spec do I need to ensure I can view tv pictures on my pc?

I thought that the response time had to be above/ below a certain time to prevent a jittery picture.

don't think so m8 ive never seen any posts by people having problems
but best ask macker or dicky to be full sure




but like ive said never seen anoone post my monitor is to slow :ok

the lower the response time the better, most are now 8ms GTG, normally above 26ms can you notice the jitter/lag
