i would have rather had big sam than mclaren, but he has been groomed for this position for the past few years so the outcome was inevitable, and as for the Scolari rumours... i believe this was engineered by Boro and Scolari, and probably the F.A to give the Boro team a bit of confidence before the uefa cup game that their manager was staying.
