Western Digital TV LIVE MEDIA PLAYER

Hi Guys, Has anyone any input re the above player?? Thinking of getting one but tried earlier Media players with poor results.

Main use would be to play AVCHD ( M2ts) from my camera( Panasonic) and stream HD from Hdrive.

It seems a better way than Blueray player and buying Discs?

I havnt heard much about these m8, to be honest, i have a purpose built pcs doing my media serving, i am unsure if the Western Digital media players will play the "watermarked" movies, i know a m8 couldnt watch Losers on his media player, i had no issues on my pc`s.

Thanks Fellas, So nobody has tried one of these! Its a bit of a minefield to say the least. Previous versions seem littered with firmware updates, pity nobody makes anything that works FIRST time anymore.

I will stall for a while, just in case something better comes up.(It has got ethernet so .........)

PS --LFC is only FTA if you have Sky package- Or VIRGIN.
