bt v o2

i have recently switched from o2 to bt and broadband and the problem i have with bt is that the speed is twice as slow as that of o2 they both offered me upto 20mb speed.....i was getting 17mb on o2 now im barely reaching 6 with bt...i questioned bt technical support on this matter and he did not have the answer all as he said that adsl2 is not active yet on my phone exchange and my reply was how come o2 using the same exchange gave me a constant and steady 15 to 17 megs and he said that o2 must be using a different system than them and he has no more knowledge on this!!! i think he was just trying to worm his way out of something and i still feel that bt are ripping customers off...now i'm stuck with them for 12 months! has anyone else had the same problem?

as far as I know bethere/02 have there OWN equipment in BT exchanges
that's why they offer better speed than BT

also you could be in a LLU area with 02/bethere


(my choice would be bethere over bt any-day )


but it's well known that bethere/ 02 offer much faster BB than BT

just been lookin about and your not the only person I don't understand why you changed over TBH

are they cheaper or something ?
