not sure when its on but,
checked on lyngsat & bbc 4 and bbc 3 should be in the clear on 28e

They only broadcasts between 7pm to 3am, so you will have to scan then.

if you check on lyngsat for 28e there are other FTA channels ie, ITV 4 which have limited broadcast times, the times are in brackets next to the channel name 'BBC Four (20-04)' just take an hour off for uk times:ok
