Ok went to see this movie today what can i say?.
Forget Terminator 3 but remember Terminator 1 and 2 and in those movies
We wanted a war between the terminators and the humans did we get one? no we didnt but in this movie we get one
well a small part of one...
Ill describe a little of the film but i`ll try and not give it away..
The film starts with a cancer sufferer asking a prisoner for his body after he his killed by lethal injection so she could perhaps discover a new treatment for cancer....
then we see it is now 2018 and Skynet has pretty much destroyed mankind in a war and all that is left are a few resistance fighters led sort of by John Connor (played by Christian Bale).
Then we see the prisoner who was killed by lethal injection he looks good, he comes across a young girl and a young man called Kyle Reese, it later turns out that he is John Connors dad.
We then go back to the resistance fighters who are fighting and looking for new ways to destroy the terminators they discover a radio signal that they believe is controlling the machines etc, so they need to test this out, Connor realising that his dad Reese is here in the here and now must now protect him as well..
The film was far better than T3 it continues the T1 and T2 movies far better than T3 did, there was a few moments where you thought why did they do that, and the plot can be a bit hard to follow the effects and acting are generally good, there are some awesome terminators a massive one and one that looks just like Arnie...
I enjoyed this movie and `im glad i went, but did feel slightly let down because the war was soon over, i know it was only a part of, but it seemed to easy..
But it did follow the story of the other Terminators better...
