_http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp

download the English version

extract the downloaded file with winrar

you will be left with a folder called "r4i ENGLISH"

go into that folder and copy the 2 folders and 1 file directly to the memory card you use for the R4 then drop the games you have on there too

and you should be good to go

(I don't have this card this is a guess supported my the instructions that have on the site)
How to update the kernel?
By using the TF card reader, connect your TF card with computer, open the file.
a. Upload game kernel: Copy the R4.DAT file to your TF card.
b. Upload video kernel: Copy the Moonshl2 to your TF card.
c. Upload DIY Interface function: Copy the R4iMenu to your TF card.

EDIT this post has been edited due to me getting it wrong LOL the first time LOL
