Im sure there would be something even if its just software related im not into graphics cards etc i just buy one everynow and then when needs be but the info you are after should be here

_http://www.nvidia.com/page/geforce_6800.html

and agp boards are on the way out its all pci, when i updated my pc a couple of months ago i updated everything from memory to cpu etc cost a small fortune but should last me until Tusday next week, then it will probably be old and dated.

the 6800 GT has 16 pixel pipelines and the 6800 GS has 12. although reading thru this, it seems the 6800GS is a nice card, it beats the GT is a few tests and overclocks very nicely :ok

if i was getting a new card now, i would choose this one (probably)
i dunno if it is the one you had picked but i have copied all the info here , its on offer this week for £144 +vat and will / should be good for at least a week. seriously, for games, this is a beast, some may say the 6800GT over this, but i have a preference for ATI so i'd be more than happy that it will play all the latest games out, providing you have decent hardware to back it up with :ok
